Refund Policy

Rocky101,inc., will refund the price of the Product purchased (less processing fee) if the request is received WITHIN THREE DAYS (72 HOURS) FROM TIME/DATE OF PURCHASE through the Rocky101 Customer Service Panel. After this point, no refund will be issued. If you want to keep this product, you also need to write to the customer service, then your status will be activated.

To access the Customer Service Panel, login to your Rocky101 website and click on the Customer Service link (under Help).

USER must cancel this Agreement (AS STATED ABOVE) by requesting a refund in writing through the Rocky101 Customer Service Panel.

The refund shall include the price of the Rocky101 Package less a $20.00 processing fee if payment was made by cashiers check or money order or by other means and less a $35.00 processing fee if payment was made by credit card or debit card.

Cancellation of the purchase of the Rocky101.com Package will cancel all components of the package and void all login access to the website.

All refunds will be made in the form of a check, traveler's check or cashiers check.

In the EVENT commissions WERE EARNED AND PAID TO THE USER AND OR THE SPONSOR that amount will be deducted from the refund.

NO REFUNDS will be issued for upgrades and/or renewals.
